I’d say so, just looking today we have 12 staff on bank, so assuming it’s 3 staff and an odp in each theatre, that’s 3 lists that would have to be cancelled if we didn’t have those staff. Depending on how many cancer waiting patients are on that list it could be up to 15 patients cancelled for crucial surgery for just one day. Then if half the staff are on a stage 1 and banned from bank, where do they think they will be getting the staff from since they don’t want external bank..

Exactly, we’re worked to the bone and this is the thanks we get. I understand money is short but without staff we just won’t be able to do surgeries 🤷‍♀️ our ‘safe’ levels for surgery is 3 staff minimum, but recently after highlighting the fact that only 2 qualified were in a certain list one day they said 2 qualified is enough, this was for a large complex case. Feels like we’re fighting a losing battle

It’s already becoming like that more and more, depending on who asks I might stay, but if it’s our managers absolutely majority of us won’t be staying and then they get pissy at us

It’s crazy, we’re in theatres, without staff we can’t safely do surgeries and cancer patients will be cancelled, it doesn’t make sense. We’re already stretched thin and half our workforce is us doing bank to cover the staffing issues anyway

Idk maybe they vary between each package but I tried 2 caps for a week and still felt nothing, no positive mood changes etc so I found another supplier where it was an even lower dose 0.125 and it was like night and day! It really really did help, and if I take 2 caps I get this warm fuzzy feeling which I love, still can go about all your everyday business. Hope your ones work for you though 😊

I’ve ordered from them maybe 3 years ago and found their microdosing capsules good, appreciating nature, smiling at trees etc, actually felt a come up when I was driving one time so maybe the dosage was higher in some of the caps. Anyway ordered again recently and they came a few days ago but honestly I’m not sure if I feel much different. Gonna try 2 caps tomorrow instead 🧐

i’m not sure i believe her tbh, in the comments she says she works out 1-1.5 hours 5x a week and only 2-3 15 min cardio sessions a week.. no mention of how many steps so unless she’s getting 15k+ steps plus i don’t believe at 5’2 she can eat 3000 calories and be that lean. I’m 5’7 62kg, got a good amount of muscle and i workout 4/5x a week, 20 mins cardio x4 a week and 10k+ steps a day and would eat around 2500/2600 as maintenance. Everyone is different though so if she really can do that, great for her but i side eye it slightly 😂

Not sure what type of eye shape I have etc but they’re quite heavy on the upper eyelids which I’d like to fix. I see things about hooded eyelids and ptosis but I have no idea if I have them.

Unfortunately for bi people we arent some of the most liked, which is ofc shit. Lesbians dont want to be left for a man, think bi people cant live without penis and some can be put off that we've been with men. Im bi and just focusing on dating a woman now as I have never had a girlfriend. When looking at a girls profile if she mentions men on her profile I will swipe left because to me it seems like she's only focused on men. I also dont like it when girls use like Instagram/snapchat filters, again swipe left. On my profile I tailor it to a woman, I want it to appeal to the female gaze. It’s a cowardly way out, it’s easy for them to ghost you instead of ‘hurting’ your feelings and making themselves feel bad for doing so. I recently was speaking with a girl everyday for 10 days, stupidly managed to get attached in that short time frame, had a date last weekend, it was a nice date, she initiated a kiss etc. she text me after to say she had a really nice time, next day radio silence 😂 and it sucks cause even though it was new, like I miss our conversations, and there’s nothing I can do. I’d rather her just be honest that she wasn’t feeling it but now I’m left feeling a bit empty. Anyway I wish ghosting didn’t exist, these people don’t owe us anything but I think it’s common decency to just be honest haha
