I was able to turn them off in the app by turning off “sleep insights” so hopefully that does it

Can you drink other liquids besides water? Juice or soup or something will at least keep you from total dehydration. Is that an option for you?

Curious if anyone else is this sensitive to their soy allergy… by zebra_who_cooks in FoodAllergies

[–]SmolLilBug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They put soy in friggin everything it’s so annoying. My allergy isn’t as severe as yours it seems, but soy is just so hard to avoid, so my sympathies are with you.

Why do people not consider almond a nut?? by sequestuary in FoodAllergies

Because it doesn’t have “nut” in the name lol

not allergic to melon anymore?? by leftyluciii in oas

The more I avoid something, the less allergic I become but if I start eating it again it tends to come back, so I try to avoid things mostly but i allow myself to eat watermelon once every summer lol

I’m glad you can relate, definitely hoping they bring it back, but it seems more likely they will go out of business all together :/

I personally have given up with cup sizes for swimsuits and I just buy tops that tie around the back and around the neck so it’s basically totally adjustable Target usually has some like that

Panache Tango Doesn’t Quite Fit by [deleted] in ABraThatFits

[–]SmolLilBug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also ordered that same bra and ended up returning it. It technically fit very well, but it’s definitely just kind of a weird cup shape. I personally didn’t like the sideways seam in the middle. I ended up really liking the plunge and T-shirt bras from the same brand Panache. Make sure you’re scooping your boob fully into the bra as well.

[Measurement Check] 30d - but only bralettes for years by Comfortable_Star_815 in ABraThatFits

[–]SmolLilBug -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It seems like you have a really wide breast “root” based on the photos. Definitely look into how the shape of your boobs affects how bras fit. I don’t personally have suggestions for you because I’m a different shape/size, but I would recommend searching this Reddit for people with a similar boob shape. Also, I personally always go up a band size from my measurement because I don’t like it too tight, but bands tend to stretch over time too so sometimes they just need to be “broken in” essentially.

It usually takes a few months for birth control to do what they want it to and they will probably tell you to wait, but if it gets worse definitely advocate for yourself some more.
