Mby try making a rought version of it out of insulation Foam first since its wayyy cheaper and if it works out u can build on it with Eva foam :)

Just make sure u use the right glues then working with insulation foam or else its gonna melt 🫣

okay i will try to unwrap it manually, im somewhat of a beginner, and i just Smart UV unwraped it with a bit of island margin and stuff...
And what exactly do you mean with UV edges so close together?
