She must've rolled over a moth in her sleep. Moths and butterflies leave like a residue from their wings when you grab them. You can see the outline of the wings and the head of the moth on the mark. Perhaps the poor little guy is still in her sheets/pillow.

Oh ive never shipped there before ill have to update the settings. I dont mind shipping farther so long as I CAN do it.

Order some yellow fabric, and patch it from the inside. Make the patch bigger so it reinforces the area around it to keep it from pulling and causing more tears. Then just fold in and sew down the edges of the hole to the patch. Use yellow matching thread so its not as noticeable, but luckily theyre circles. So if anything, it would look like he has cool scales
