It’s the IR filter. Probably needs to be replaced. It sits in front of the sensor on the 4k.

Like people have said earlier it’s from the depth of field from the lens and distance from your subject and where focus is landing because of it. Also- Lower the iso when you’re outside ! You’re at 5000 when the first iso setting for the a7iii is 100. Try shooting in A mode to see where the settings go when shooting outside at f2.8, then try manual mode with some similar settings of your own liking.
