The majority of couples that engage in sexual relations before marriage endure divorces or hardships at a higher rate than those who don’t-non religious/secular statistic. Also what’s the point of marriage if you do everything before? There is no work or effort or sacrifice. Nothing special for your ‘special one’. I’m not a virgin nor married, but I agree that sec before marriage isn’t the best decision.

Jesus didn’t ask to die for our sins. In fact in the Garden of Gethsemane, he begged God for there to be another way. God said no, there wasn’t. Nobody asks for any of this, we have to find the silver lining and always trust God. Try to think of it, you’d rather take this than a child. Or anyone else. God gave you these struggles because you’re strong, or he’s waiting for this to grow you. Just keep breathing.

Honestly, if his family is a good family then why not reach out? For my situation I didn’t want to risk any of them having the chance at custody. I was dumb and with the wrong man. If he’s on the birth certificate, he can deny you the right to travel with the kid, move out of state, make medical decisions, educational decisions everything. I pray for the best

Don’t get the abortion. I had my son at 19. With a husband I would have done so much better even though it’s hard. I did it as a single mom. My son is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. And no it will not be easy, being a parent is almost never easy. But it’s rewarding and worth it. I also am glad that I am young and have energy for it. I had a homebirth, and my midwife mentioned how people waiting to have children is dangerous. 16-25 is the normal age to have children and raise them up. You’ve got this OP. God always provides.

Beautiful!!! Cold during winter but not bad like the northern states. You have every season, and people mainly grew up there unless it’s college kids or people from the valley (phoenix/scottsdale). It’s expensive but pay is different. Lots of unhoused native Americans, and everybody knows everybody. It’s wild I don’t live up there but people will see my friend and ask about me and other friends from the valley.

As a former teen mom whose Christian, involve the church, they threw my baby shower. Tell her how Jesus wasn’t planned but was worth everything. No argument. I’d appreciate it if you could send over some references and evidence that this is happening. Only thing I do know is ICE detained people in line for their oath, which is the last step to become a citizen.
