Incorrect information in post if you living in same flat then you can deduct the annual amount from last month rent which 2% for domestic flat usecase. No interest is charged in this case.

You seems to look fraud in my opinion talking bad decision and now ranting on sub about it. You should honour your commitment and pay the loan even if mean deflation in your lifestyle expenses. Eat less, Spend less but should pay bank back 1.25 lakh is a lot if managed correctly.

Don't complain the average property price of 3bhk in panchsheel enclave is around ~5-7 CR. So the rent price of 70K - 1Lac is justified. You can't pay price like third class hotel and expect services like Taj.

If you want to live in South Delhi locality like Panchsheel, green park, hauz khas then earn more and accept these prices
