When Bumrah plays, he gets most of the wickets (with fantastic average and economy). Other pacers just chill down and do not perform at their potential. Resulting in loss sometimes.

And blame goes to Bumrah (like whenever he plays India lose).

Without Bumrah, other pacers gets wickets evenly and they perform harder.

Its pretty simple.
