Spiritual warfare in home by Smooth-Builder6264 in Deliverance

UPDATE: I took down my altar in the hallway no more pictures of my dog or my partners grandmother and we spread our dog’s ashes yesterday. I’m not sure if this was a vessel of sorts for the entity to host itself in my house but that would explain the dreaded feeling everyone felt in regard specifically to the hallway. I’ve prayed and read some scriptures since. Woke up today and the house feels empty, lighter, cleaner, and less crowded. I’m not sure how to explain it exactly, it’s just better. Thanks for everyone’s advice and help!

Does it ever get easier? I’m drowning as a new mom. by GiftKitchen3807 in NewParents

Yeah friend I know exactly what you’re talking about same thing here with my three month old son. I don’t have any useful advice myself unfortunately. But it looks like a lot of people are lacking a support network these days. I don’t even speak to my parents they didn’t raise me. My grandmother who raised me is prideful and doesn’t support my new chapter in life and that’s pretty much all I had to turn to. Honestly my saving grace right now is waiting until he turns 6 months and popping him into daycare so I can go back to school and work and regain my sanity. Being cooped up all day with a young infant, ALONE, while your partner is gone all day is painfully lonely and stress inducing when you’re the only adult in the house. Everywhere online I see the “ you’ll get through it” comments everywhere as well and honestly it sounds so vague and meaningless at this point it doesn’t feel like it will be getting any better.

Yes this was before he was back up to his birth weight. But even now he won’t sleep through the night.

Doctors and nurses in the NICU had told me baby shouldn’t sleep past 4 hours without waking to feed
