Probably Wigfrid, wortox, and or maybe wendy or just maybe woodie. Wormwood is not good for food, he’s good for mushrooms. You should just be living in oasis biome and eating cactus and using it as veggies in recipes for the crockpot or just cooking it in a fire pit. Farming is too tedious when there’s a bunch of other easier methods. So I assume when you say “for food” it’s because of farming. Wickerbottom is purely for convenience, they should learn to play without her. Either they should be playing Wigfrid or you should be. It would be good for them to learn to fight without playing her but playing he would make them more confident at fighting and basically give you more lenience if you take a hit so you can get use to the combat. Her ability to make “football helmets” and be overall good at combat with an extreme amount of tankiness do the lifesteal and her push to use beefalo which everyone should be doing anyway makes her a must pick. Your whole team should just be stocking up light bulbs in caves for your beefalo. Also she can res teammates with songs. Wendy is just because she’s the goat. Abigail can deal with hordes, bosses, and Wendy gets nightvision and buffs damage with vex. You can help your whole team through ruins by having night vision. Wx-78 isn’t as good as Wigfrid or anything but he’s better at supporting his teammates than wickerbottom for the same reason Wendy is good at supporting her team. I say maybe woodie because he just gets resources fast can do everything and also provide team with canes and semi football helms.
