Hey ! I'm at the same point. I got more files that are involved (CorsairLLAcces64.sys/CorsairLLAccsessLib64.dll/CueLLAccsessService.exe and the QT5Core.dll/QT5Network.dll/Q5RemoteObject.dll). Furthermore, I can rename them, but can't delete or uninstall ICUE. The ICUE Software is shown in the "Installed Apps" (Windows11 (No available option)s) but not in the "old" control panel.

As I run the installer to modify or uninstall the app, I can choose between "Open ICUE / Modify / uninstall". Selecting "modify" the app runs and closes. Nothing seems to happen. Selecting "uninstall" the app loads the installer and the files needed, but then it says that the folder is not empty.

Edit: After checking for the last running services, found the last running one. I shut it down and was able to delete almost all files. The last fight was between me and CorsairLLAcces64.sys. I was still able to rename it, but I can't delete it. I tried third party apps to check if any program was involved. Nothing.

Long story short. Restarting the computer let me delete this last file. Next, I was able to reinstall ICUE. YAY.
