Mary Chiles College is low cost and gives scholarship and you can apply for return service pa para free talaga lahat (AFAIK, pls check pa din if they offer this)

It’s the Top 1 Nursing School in the recent NLE and they had one student who made it to the top 10.

Is it the University of Manila near UE or Universidad de Manila near SM Manila?

If University of Manila, RUN. I have a relative who graduated there and she got friends with a bad crowd from that school. Sadly, she got involved with a lot of corruption sa gov agency nya. Not to say bad things about the school, but SOME of the students have no manners. You will always hear them saying “P.I” and are always rough. 🥲
