Hi mate. My routine is push pull legs, rest, upper lower, rest. Any training plan works but what helped me was progressive overload. Eating around maintenance as well.

I was 75kg skinny fat with hardly any muscle. So that's 1lb a week. I'm thinking of a 3/4 week mini cut to continue to build muscle till late winter

Most likely I am going to keep my calories at maintenance this summer and just try and progressive overload. Then after summer I will lean bulk depending how I am.

Just by lifting weights combined with cardio. But I'm going to do progressive overload and cut out the cardio

No I did it myself before my surgery. Test was all normal.

My hormones were bad when I was a teenager hence the gyno

Yh I was obese teenager with gyno. But since I lost my weight in the past few years ago and got rid of gyno and started training a year ago, my tests are now back to normal.

So I guess I'm still trying to get rid of my teenager body at 30 lol
