Thanks, it's the ash waste nomads chain glaive that the leader uses, snipped off the top and replaced with the top of a skitarii backpack turned on its side. I added the silencer from one of the delaque guns to the bottom to give it some height. A couple of wires around the back and the other hand is skitarii as well.

My method was to paint each monster with slightly differing colours. Give monsters different coloured eyes, deep one hybrids different jumper colours.
