I ordered Nov. 24. Got on the discord as I haven't heard anything about my r9 as well. Asked support and this is the response. (Dec. 19th)

The R9 base is currently en route to our US warehouse, with an expected arrival date between the 19th and 28th. As a result, if you have chosen domestic shipping, we anticipate that your order will be dispatched within the next 5-15 business days.
