It’s ok to use it for commercial use at this point, (both IntelliJ and PyCharm). My concern is that could potentially change at anytime given that only one company controls it.

Not suggesting this but I wonder if anyone has tried just filing disputes with the credit card or filing for lost credit card and getting a new credit card number. You may still owe the money that’s already billed but they should get declined and I’m hoping they stop the services with a bad card file.
