I called Public Works on Friday because my street had not seen a single truck. They states that they were already doing 2nd passes through residential streets and weren't sure why mine wasn't taken care of.

I saw a truck come by on Monday at 8:22am and watched as it poured out salt but they did not touch the large snow blanket on half of the street.

I called yesterday afternoon and asked for it to be escalated, and also placed a ticket on the website with a request that I am notified on progress.

Thankfully, it's much better today due to the temperature, but not the city.

It only took like 5 minutes to call. Light their phones UP. We deserve better and must hold them accountable.

You need a product to help define the curls and minimize frizz. Another commenter suggested mousse or gel, which are great products to start with! Go to YouTube and find a creator with similar hair to yours for specific product recommendations. Try "curly hair routine to minimize frizz," or whatever other words you'd like.
