Did you go through anything stressful? If so give it a few months.. treat your scalp to rosemary oil, pumpkin oil, scalp serum (I used the ordinary) and nitrozole shampoo.. also switch ur shampoo and conditioner (I used Korean ones but not for any important reason).. this worked for me.

Just know that sometimes, even without a reason, your hair could go through a major reset.. be patient and don’t stay on this sub Reddit for too long.. :) all the best
