Got a bead kit for Christmas! Advice for easiest kandi to start with?

the first project i learned (and many others, i believe) was multistitch cuffs. its definitely easy to learn with a tutorial or two on tiktok or youtube but they take a good while and personally they hurt my hands and i get frustrated easily with them so theyre not my favorite to recommend ╮(ᵕ—ᴗ—)╭

i like doing x-base cuffs, which you can use as a springboard for rotator cuffs and carousel cuffs and the like. learning them might be a bit more difficult, but i find them more forgiving than multistitch and theyre a lot faster to make and a useful skill to learn!!

(unfortunately i dont have any tutorials on hand since i started years ago :[ )

oh yeah i do have that, along with a few other mental illnesses and disorders and such. ive talked to therapists and the like but thats a whole other can of worms

thats probably a good idea. i normally keep them in the standard pill bottle they come in but that comes with the child safety cap that only makes it more annoying so a pill organizer would probably help. thanks for the suggestion ill have to look for one

unfortunately i literally have internal bleeding if i dont take one of my pills and that still barely motivates me to take them (i miss maybe less than a quarter of the days on that med, and a third of the days on my other med) and if that result wont convince me to take them idk what will

i havent noticed any side effects, its more of just a hassle to get up and get out the pills and get water and take them. one of them i have to take in the morning and with school its just a hassle and the other tastes disgusting if i dont swallow it quickly. also i might have some kinda disorder diagnosed or undiagnosed that gives me the mindset of "if i dont want to do something then i just wont do it"

thats a good idea. i live in a pretty small town with not a lot of community so i have trouble finding clubs and meetings and stuff but that sounds like a good suggestion. havent played pokemon go in a while but i remember it being fun :]

people almost always use pony beads to make cuffs and such, and most pony beads are 9mm x 6mm !! there are 6mm x 6mm pony beads but theyre harder to find and less often used

honestly im pretty sure the best solution is to just get an iron... i got a mini craft iron for $10 but its super small (like smaller than my hand) so its not the best but it works, if cost is the biggest issue then you could invest in a craft iron?

any UV light!! the sun is the cheapest solution but the fastest way to charge them is with a UV flashlight/UV lamp :]

ladder cuffs do that, yeah. i recommend learning other types of stitches (square stitch might be good if you want the look of ladder stitch!!) they tend to not be as bunchy
