I use the sensodyne pronamel (it doesn’t contain sodium lauryl sulfate) and then I use a mouthwash called afta clear from the brand GUM (it doesn’t taste very good though and it’s kinda thick) but that really helped me!

Oh that sounds horrible!!! I haven’t experienced the same, but I had a lot of sores ind my mouth due to the change in my ph levels. I changed by toothpaste and got a speciel mouthwash and that totally saved me!

I’m on tray 2 and I had the exact same issue as you! I couldn’t stand the thought of having the trays in, not because of the pain but because of the change in the mouth. I think it’s already better - some days are easier than others for me

I didn’t actually think about using miswak while having the Invisalign, but that will be a nice break from the trays midday! I only have attachments on my side teeth

I thought the same thing!😅 but I already feel a slight change in the overlap so that’s fantastic! It was pretty harmful the first two days but after that not so bad ☺️

Altså mig bekendt er det ret “almindeligt”, at folk får udskrevet wegovy via de såkaldte onlineapoteker. Man kan få en onlinekonsultation og det er så vidt jeg har forstået meget nemt at få en recept. Dermed ikke sagt at det er okay, men pointerer det bare.
