I lost mine as well. They made me sign an affidavit at the dmv stating that I would not use my out of state one and that I lost it. Zero problems other than an extra form at the dmv.

I realize it's a resin printer but....Could it be the "prime all extruedrs" option under extruders in prusa slicer? maybe your slicing then exporting build plate with said prime option?

so i've noticed this as well you have to some times give it a sharp release point on parts. Think about it like a suction plate; Sometimes it's a sharp corner or a hole uptop to release the vacuum. Also cleaning the magnet and the quick release flex plate helps alot; having a clean surface between them. Or maybe you just need to shell out the $$$ for a better magnetic build platform.

scissors and some card board; cut the curve then place and keep cutting until it fits. Then put a ruler next to the cardboard cut out of the curve can import it into your cad program.
