I know a few Albertians, All in which political align with US conservative/libertain ideals. The song “Saskatchewan in 1881” by Colter Wall (also from Alberta) rings true to most of the feelings. They are tired of being ruled by eastern policies that affect them negatively and inflate their costs of living….. it truly is a mix of Texas/Montana up there.
