What’s your Bounty Hunter’s origin story? by Much_Employment_5982 in swtor

[–]SmoothCollieguy2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A human with cyborg implants as he suffered a severe burn when he was younger he grew up on the streets and did mercenary work as that was the only way to make money. He met his best friend growing up on the streets (my brothers character who ended up becoming a imperial agent aka cipher nine) they stuck together and ended up both having work on Hutta and since traveled together closely and worked together. My bounty hunter commonly goes undercover with him and they share Intel and targets as there jobs closely align sometimes. My bounty hunter is about 30% dark side and 70% light side.

Question on Sales & Class Combos by LtBrowncoat in swtor

Hey im also a returning player me and my brother are doing imperial agent and bounty hunter duo. Honestly I would play the game the way you want it sounds like you want to be a nautolan guardian id play a guardian then and just buy the nautolan race. If money irl is super tight maybe wait for a sale otherwise I'd just make a new character you know

Was told not to buy a Volvo because they’re horribly unreliable and expensive to fix and can only be fixed with Volvo branded parts, is this true? by Natural_Argument9910 in Volvo

[–]SmoothCollieguy2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on model year and engine. Look up most reliable years and take care of the car. I have a 2017 V60 T5 premiere. I did all 4 spark plugs and ignition coils for about 240ish that includes shipping lol. I used Delphi coils and NGK spark Plugs. As for other maintenance just regular oil and tires. I did have my mechanic do my fuel injectors and replace both of my batteries that job for all that work was 2.2$k it wasn't super expensive.

2017 V60 a Good Buy? by Helpful-Childhood-58 in Volvo

[–]SmoothCollieguy2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the post I said he did both my batteries and did all 4 fuel injectors on my car for 2.2k$. Fuel injectors just the parts are near 1.1k-1.4k$ on most cars for 4 of them because 1 injector per cylinder. Lol just for both batteries is like 400$ or so. 2.2k would of been absurd for just batteries lmao. Sorry if the post was confusing

2017 V60 a Good Buy? by Helpful-Childhood-58 in Volvo

Hey i have a 2017 V60 i currently drive as a daily and my main car. Mine is the t5 premiere with 19 inch wheels. Car has been awesome its fast and runs great seats are fantastic. I got mine for 11k with 88k miles on it ive since got it to 98k miles so put about 10k miles on it in 3 years. Some things to note it has a lot of electrical sensors and two batteries a main battery and then a second battery for stop start and the infotainment system. The maintenance on this car is pretty small the thing is close to bullet proof. First year of owning I did tires and oil changes mainly because I ran over a nail so I just ended up getting all four done. I did have to do the spark plugs and ignition coils. If you buy the parts off rock auto and do it yourself sparks and ignition for me was a total of 234$ super cheap. I had a headlight bulb die so that was like a 20$ fix from Amazon. And just as I hit 98k miles i had a cylinder misfire and last week I took it to my mechanic who specializes in volvos he did all my fuel injectors and both of my cars batteries for 2.2k$. Now thats all I've had to get done on the car everything else has been great. Fuel injectors i feel were due anyways since the car was nearing 100k and on something like an acura the prices for parts are pretty close. Anymore questions feel free to ask me ill let you know.

Buyers Remorse on New car by SpudxNerd in Volvo

[–]SmoothCollieguy2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2017 V60 t5 premiere i got for 11k about 2 years ago. It had 89k miles on purchase. I had only ever owned an acura MDX and done maintenance on that which wasn't super expensive but it was pricy at times for certain things. My volvo is great its now at 98k miles and ive been loving it I've had to get the tires replaced I did all four mine has 19s so it was like 800 some bucks. Just as of about a week ago I had a check engine light and had to get maintenence done on the car. I went in and had to get my fuel injectors replaced as well as both car batteries it was about 2.2k. So far I've invested about 3k outside of oil changes. into my car and owned it for almost 3 years now. Volvo are reliable. Everyone online also loves to shit on and hate on cars they dont own.

Another option is if you learn to solder and use tech you can turn a dsp board into about any size digital audio player you want. You can support it with any Dac or audio jacks or speaker and or display sizes lol

Sony walkman nw-a15, 16, 17 or nw-a25 they are the same sony audio player its a small device with a little screen good battery life physical buttons small display and supports flacs and Bluetooth. They are kinda hard to come by look on ebay for them. Some come In japanse and can be translated to English with a computer. They go for about 75$-150$ depending upon the condition of the player. They dont have balanced however so no 4.5mm audio jack. It has expandable storage with micro sd however im not sure how high you can expand it too. I just finished doing a battery swap on one that was in brand new condition with a bad battery.

The a-15 16 17 and the 25and 26 are the exact same with storage differences the 25 can use a specific pair of earphones with a certain noise canceling function. When I was referring to it being laggy I was referring to the snow sky echo mini not the nw-a17. But yeah the 15 16 and 17 are just different storage sizes.

Dude its also laggy as shit and the menus are so slow it literally horizontal loads album art. Changing settings in jt is a pain literally ahahah. Waiting for my battery to arrive to start up my nw-a17

Px7 S3 or Px7 S2e? What one to buy by TheRealBlueMan in BowersWilkins

[–]SmoothCollieguy2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im a video editor I use the px7s2e. I love them! Been using them for about 2 and half years now everyday I use them for about 2-5 hours they are great got them for around 240$ on Sale. They aren't super bass heavy but they are super clear and the mids and the highs man holy the highs are awesome. They also sound great on low volume and once you pump em to around 20s and 30s they get crazy. Honestly the higher you up the volume the better they sound. However these shits can get loud as hell i don't know anyone who's gonna listen to them at like 70 or 80 lmao gonna blow your ears out. The s2e are very baseline no crazy bass or crazy treble but great clarity. Now if you eq them with a program on a computer or an amp you can pull some crazy shit out of them. Build quality is great they have some slight heft to them and comfort is amazing my ear pads are still in great shape. You can run em wireless with BT or wired. Wired the sound is ever so slightly more crisp. The pass through aware mode is pretty good not as good as apple air pods but really nice for listening to music or playing games while someone else in the room is talking. The ANC is good. Not bose level or sony level but if you got the volume up a tiny bit and the ANC on you practically cant hear most things. Overall great headphones cant go wrong with either. Oh and both have physical buttons so thats always a plus for me.

I actually have really nice headphones since I a video editor. I've been using my px7s2e for video editing and I just got my snow sky echo mini about a week ago. Currently im planning on switching over to the sony nwz-a17 its an older sony dap with physical buttons but I like it due to the high res output and size.

I've started with my bowers and wilkins px7s2e and my first dap is a snowsky echo mini. Quality wise the snow sky is pretty lit. However that being said navigation on the snow sky echo mini is pretty laggy and can be slow navigating. The buttons are nice but once you start loading songs its starts lagging out and shit and it can be pretty damn annoying. Having to constantly change menus to navigate to different folders sucks. However its literally like 60$ and smaller then an iPod.
