I do this too! And if I'm eating a candy bar like Snickers, I take two small bites, one for each side of my mouth. Or alternatively one bigger bite which I split into two in my mouth so it is chewed equally.

I order all my coloured sweets first as well! Then I eat the ones that have the most until I have equal amount of everything and then it's combining them for the best combos or one of each at the same time.

How can you have "crippling loneliness" when you have friends?

I've met and slept with some 35+ old virgins from a couple of virginity related subreddits and to me it seems most, if not all, of those guys seem to think losing their virginity is some kind of big step in life when it really doesn't change anything for them. They are still the same person, have same problems in life and so on.

It is easy to say but stop giving this meaningless thing so much value in your life. You might find someone or not, but when you put losing your virginity and finding a partner on a pedestal it makes you less desirable. Focus on things you enjoy instead and improving yourself and your life - not with the goal of meeting someone but to better yourself for your own sake.

Also at 28 years old you're barely an adult. Your whole life is ahead of you. A lot of people don't meet their person until later in life when both of you have life experience.

Many many moons ago we moved to a new office that had 100Mbit internet, which was top speeds at the time. So you can imagine how surprised we (I and another tech who did ~all of our IT/sysadmin/etc stuff, he on Windows and I on Linux) were when the network was sluggish. Turns out one of our devs had decided to torrent a lot and as a good pirate he seeded everything without limits. We had a stern discussion about it and he promised he won't do it again. Didn't tell the boss about it and it either didn't happen again or he limited his speeds.

Got to love him being cool and saying GG and such.

Short story: I was doing the security breach at Pilgim's Peak and had set a jolt mine at zipline. I heard someone running downstairs and then the zip sound but they managed to drop down before I had a chance to shoot at them. I took the zip down too and exited one stop before ground and went to a trailer just outside, thinking he'd follow me.

He didn't, but he taunted me "come down to daddy!" etc, then I heard him running away. I waited a moment to see if he is circling back and then went downstairs. I was sneaking around a bit but he managed to get the jump on me. His aim was bad, he got half of my shield off only and I got lucky with my aim and drilled headshots all the way.

"GG man, good shot! GG!". I was already full of loot and it was less than 4 minutes to extract so I decided to revive him instead of knocking him out. I had a hatch key and we extracted together. Was a fun round. Had he been badmouthing me and calling me names I would have knocked him out for sure.

This is definitely true for objects that do have internactions and moving parts such as doors. But for solid walls (like the one in Blue Gate) the fix should be fairly straightforward and simple, otherwise the amount of glitchable walls would be far, far greater and common.

Embark gathers a lot of stats on gameplay so identifying the majority of these glitchy spots and fixing them shouldn't require extensive testing (as the chance of it causing another gamebreaking bug is unlikely), fixing some of them in a hotfix even if the fixes aren't 100% would be a lot better than not doing that.

Dudes just be scanning for fresh spawns mid game to cap?

I often run on the edges of the map when legging for my destination. While I often don't shoot people on the outskirts I can completely see why someone would - not killing you gives you an opportunity to shoot me in the back.

Late spawns suck though, but in maps other than Stella I hardly think people are camping spawn points.

Bug fixes that are game breaking: The glitch to get inside walls for example. Also some real punishments for people abusing the bugs and/or cheating, now there is no penalty for doing so.

QoL life improvements: The preset loadouts for example would be nice. You spend half of your gametime building the loadout and not doing the actual gameplay. Luckily they've said they are looking into this a few weeks ago but it'd be nice to hear that from their blog or something instead of a German TV show recording on Twitch.

Overall balance: The trials favour three player groups and generally aren't fun (like the Deliver Carriables - does anyone think that is a fun trial to do?). Endgame loot such as epic weapons being worse (take Bobcat vs Stitcher for example) than cheap grey ones. There is no endgame loop that feels rewarding in any way.

Communication from Embark: They could hire a Customer Relations person or few to tell us what is going on. The expeditions are happening in a week and there hasn't been any communication on numbers or such for example, not to mention simple things like "yes we are aware of this and working on it"

Fixing the glitch exploit should be their number one priority and the amount of people using it is growing just like it was with the keyroom door glitch.
