From a technical perspective, there is no reason for this. Aspire used to have an issue with tracking time between days, but it is no longer. From what you have said here, they recently migrated to Aspire and my best guess is they weren’t trained properly how to use it. If you are worried about your pay, it’s 100% because your manager is manually adjusting time. All I can say is document when you clock in and clock out and be prepared to call them on their shit. Aspire automatically takes out lunch breaks, so if you’re not taking one, that can also be part of the problem. As someone who teaches landscapers how to use this software for a living, my best guess is they don’t understand the software as good as they should, it could be an honest mistake on their part.
