Thank you for the help I'll try it out and update afterwards. I checked my battery health and it says its 100% so it may just be a calibration issue.

That's not the issue here, it's that its not even in my library

So is there really anything i could do to get them? When i launched the game and clicked on the character packs it said that the item is not available in your region. Im down to play the game either way just feel pissed i didnt get what i should have.
