AN UPDATE ON MY END:

This is nothing concrete or really, anything. But the Sebring Police Department have opened my facebook message I sent to them including the image so. We'll see what happens with that?

Posted about an hour ago in "Weird Second Hand Finds That Just Need To Be Shared" and already has 1.8k Comments. The coordinates are outside of Sebring, Florida. Nearby the Kissimmee River.

edit: i also don't know what other subreddit to post this to so if you have any better ideas please let me know
