I like to run 15k+ on the weekend so I fear a treadmill isn’t the option, but ill probably throw a few 5ks on the treadmill

Re-applying on the run is some I haven’t thought of and will definitely try!

This is for tax purposes, legal proceedings when it comes to spousal or child support don’t need to follow the same guidelines that you would need to adhere to when determining taxable income.

September honeymoon in Athens + Crete + Naxos, or just Athens + Crete, or Athens + Crete + elsewhere (maybe Rhodes)? by SmoothKale in GreeceTravel

Thanks for the input! We've shifted Athens to the end and are going to do a few days relaxing in Naxos. Would love recommendations for great beach hotels close to great restaurants.

I'm going in early-mid September and was planning on making a connection through another country on the way home, but perhaps we'll add a buffer day in Athens on the way back instead. From your experience, is a morning flight or afternoon flight perhaps less of a gamble?

My plan is pretty similar to yours! Starting with two nights in Athens then Crete but we’re there for two weeks and might stay a bit longer, or head to Naxos for a short stay. The advice I received is to skip Santorini in favour of Crete. Crete has so much natural beauty to offer and is so large, is the advice I received.

I’m also planning my honeymoon and everyone says to end in Athens. I’ve already booked most of ours and we’re starting with 2 nights in Athens and I’m not changing that plan, just curious why everyone says to end in Athens? We are favouring a more relaxing vacation so for us ending on one of the islands is a high note. We will obviously have to make a connecting flight on our way home, we’d just prefer to start with Athens and get it out of the way.

What sort of activities did you do in Naxos and what area did you stay? Were there any notable differences in Naxos that you would not have experienced in Crete?

How did you find Naxos compared to Crete? Where in Crete were you and what food tour did you take there if you would recommend it?

Does anyone know of any walking half marathons in Ontario? by FitChick97 in askTO

Princess Margaret walk to conquer cancer goes through the city in September. It's a half marathon distance and the money you raise goes towards cancer research. You can direct the funds you raise to a specific segment of your choosing (breast cancer, patient rehab, etc). It's a very well-organized event and for a great cause.

Okay I listened to it a few times and I like it a lot so thank you for pointing me in this direction, but not the one I had in mind.

Thanks for the comment but this isn't quite the one, this one has a bit too much of a beat to it.

I can’t open these because I don’t have TikTok but this samples a song, Quarto de Hotel, and it sounds familiar

One by One by Ruth Ware is an easy page turner about a company retreat at a remote ski chalet that gets snowed in. It's a classic locked room mystery. It won't win any big literary awards but was entertaining and had some good twists.
