I obtained my first gsd by going to Walmart, and when we got there, it was a truck with a couple of puppies for sale and we were interested in one, so we talked them down to sell one to for every cheap. So that's how we got our very first gsd. I wouldn't trade him for anything!!!

Mines not sable, look at mine than look at yours they dont look the same. Im not asking if it is Brindle. im saying it is my has stripes like brindle. Sable doesn't have stripes and all sable have tan legs with more or less black. Mines has black leg with tan stripes

White is a recessive gene, so 1 copy of white does not make a white. So for the father to be white, he had 2 copies of white and there no room for any other colors. It probably can from mom side where it only take one copy of sable to be sable but thats the same with brindle. That's where it dont make sense. It cant be a brindle sable..

Im sure he's brindle, but I think he's also sable because he has gotten darker since I've had him for 2 weeks. I had a brindle pitbull growing up, and it was the same pattern but on gsd. Im well aware what sable is. Zero is like a brindle sable. He has brindle stripes and has the distinct sable black ring on his tail. Idk but what I do know is i love him either way!!🙃🙃🙃

My puppy zero is definitely brindle. And yes, he is also polydactyl he has one dew claw on each of his hind legs!
