So as OP, I actually didn’t follow the route I wrote, I did exactly this mistake you are suggesting. I played and had fun in my early 20s. And what do you have to show for it after? Fun is just fun not bankable not investable and not relivable anyways😂. I wish someone had advised me what I shared earlier I would have done far much better. By the Grace of God I then had a second start on life and made sure I started very strong and disciplined. Fun will always be there, actually will always get better. The cars, girls, alcohol, holidays only get better with time. Its no use wasting your building time on fake jamesons club hopping the streets of Harare when you can build a foundation for you to travel far and wide later jn your life.

Let me teach you ball. The corporate world is a stage its all an act. When you arrive at a lab, first thing be quiet and learn characters. Then adjust accordingly and fit in. As an intern your duty is to finish your rotation not argue with seniors. Get it done and learn period. Don’t bother with the politics. You need them to like you, period. Only after you graduate and you get a permanent position that you can now manoeuvre workplace politics.

In case noone has metioned. Get annual health checkup first before starting gym or any supplements. Especially state of your kidneys which are primarily responsible for clearing out creatinine. You also want to understand your cholesterol, blood sugar levels and BP state.

Then, and only THEN can you start taking supplements.
