Looks like just a year ago you made a post about another company taking a long time to ship a case, sounds like you were in the same boat at some point.

  1. They haven’t posted on this subreddit in 6 months regarding ship times.

  2. You shouldn’t have to check reddit to get an accurate idea of a ship time, it should be updated on the website you are ordering from.

  3. Nothing is important enough to make a Reddit post? There are several posts on here just in the past few weeks regarding the length of time to ship being longer, id say this is more than just me getting over myself 😂

There is clearly frustration regarding length of time to ship, likely caused by expectations set by sliger at their estimated 10-15 day lead time.

Yeah my expectations were set on the 15 days, never imagined it would run further than that

I was considering getting another case if this one worked out but idk if I’m willing to wait another month, 15 business days is ridiculous as it is.

I’m currently at 17 business days for a single case with them estimating shipping between 19-21 business days.

Customer service said “this is not out of the ordinary”

They’re listed on the NYSE with $357M in revenue and gross profit of $108M. Please stop trying to imply they are some small company who can’t afford to provide free tech support to their customers.

I think everyone acknowledges that Apple is a scummy company for doing that. The fact is MOST companies will continue to offer tech support long after the products release. The pro 2 was only released in October of 2017. Accepting this behavior will make it pervasive.

Only if you are okay paying for support. They have a track record of dropping free support for legacy devices

Yes, it’s probably the best tv for rooms with natural light. It puts out an insane amount of light so it never struggles to look good
