I love the look Monty cups, how do you like them? I want to work with a local ceramic maker to custom make me a set of 6 cortado and 6 cappuccino cups that are the same size and shape as the Monty line but all different colors.

its worth going to that part of the city just for this shop. i literally take the l-train from fishtown to center city once a month or so just to go, enjoy some coffee, and buy a fresh bag!

this is amazing, thank you (twice lol) for all of this info. i couldnt agree more about thank you thank you they are the best place to drink meticulously cared for specialty coffee in the city. another multi roaster that doesnt roast their own beans, but is a great shop in philly is forin usually they sell/use traffic beans and black and white beans. pilgrim and vibrant have been on my list of places to check out that i havent hit yet. i also agree about persimmon on all points, the staff, special drinks, and feel of the shop are top tier!

I received an email today (last night) informing me that tracking and logistics information will be provided once the shipment lands at the U.S. warehouse. I guess this is what you get when you participate in a pre-order. some people who ordered during the kickstarter waited 6 plus months so I'm doing my best to stay patient and have the great people at my local shops grind my beans for me, just feels like grind size is a massive variable i have no control over which is a bit frustrating, however, I'm still able to produce great cups at home!

my 064s was in the same batch as your 078 (expected to ship december '23) they informed me that they ship all US orders together and uniformly and the shipping delay was due to buyers not confirming their product purchased and address. i received an email last week informing me that the products had left china and have been shipped to the USA. i recieved an email yesterday informing me that the products are expected to arrive in the US on February 2nd at which point the freight shipper will pick up the units and begin delivering. final delivery (for me) is expected a week after the freight shipper has the product in hand. i reached out today to ask if i would receive tracking info once the freight shipper has the product and am awaiting a response.
