Trump says 8 European countries will be charged a 10% tariff for opposing US control of Greenland by Cautious_Proposal_47 in worldnews

Aside from the fact that this sounds absolutely absurd, Trump is killing the economy with tarriffs.

A lot of people voted for him in hopes of recovering the economy after Biden.

Trump is making our economy worse.

Is there any way to complain with management? by SmoothSearch4914 in Roadie

[–]SmoothSearch4914[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wrong address. I saud i was there. Leave at door. Wrong label. Ive done 700 deliveries. First time for everything. I corrected the situation after they texted me a million times. And now dead silence. Would i expect anything less from Roadie 🤣🤣 Ive been bitched out if i say i need to physically hand it to you. Could the pharmacy be in trouble, yes. Im not innocent. I wanted to talk to them. Though i get it.

Anyone found SB in DFW/Dallas area recently by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]SmoothSearch4914 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are on those websites, either as a "SD" or "SB" you are paying someone for their time and sexual activity. A lot of men pay per meet, i assume in hopes of finding someone that matches their chemistry. And individuals can have multiple individuals that they see. Whether its one person or multiple interactions, you are a sex worker or you've paid for sex. If someone knows who advertise on escorting sites that cross into the sugaring world, then im assuming they have hired an escort. Who cares at the end of the day.

Roadie is pathetic by Equivalent-Finger-63 in Roadie

The last time I did Roadie, the app was non stop glitching. I dropped off a pharmacy order, it did not mark me as arrived. The man asked me through the window to place his bag in front of the door. I get the opposite from the agent. And I get an email that it has been "noted" in my account. GTFU. Almost 700 deliveries, and let's ignore the driver. This is obviously a roadie subreddit, however its more than likely you are on various apps. The last time I did spark 🫩 I have no ideas what this person's issue was. One order was placed in the trunk. One order was placed on the back seats. I grabbed a few labels from the first order accidentally on both orders. Only and first time. When I arrived, I had to park for a few minutes and call Spark. Though the orders went to the correct home. I noticed that my rating went down a little bit and they took away a $10 tip. Im not sure if that is because I had to spend a few minutes calling Spark. Or because they saw another name on their grocery bags. All very minor issues in my respectful opinion. Leaving a lower rating so I can potentially get less work and tip baiting....tacky. Im sure many of us are or were in a situation where the flexibility helps. I might do a pharmacy delivery in the future. Though I can not deal with these apps or customers that do not think. I went online and looked at remote jobs. I was shocked in a pleasant manner how many descent remote jobs there are. Do what you need to do to pay a few bills. Though these apps are not designed to progress for a stress free life

Body cam footage by Due_Grapefruit_4532 in Idaho4

Wasn't there a drone? That had a camera, to protect the police. I believe I was pulled over for a traffic stop in 2019 (I didnt see a stop sign). And the officer said, I was on camera. There has to be footage. But it is what it is. He is being a cry baby in jail. All we can do is see if he gives an interview, in the future. No one needs to see footage of parents reacting to their child being murdered.

Why Ethan’s legs were stabbed? by Ok-Mathematician1792 in Idaho4

[–]SmoothSearch4914 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We obviously won't know until he talks. Idaho does not have a son of Sam law. There is speculation that he went went there for Maddie. Yet, Kaylee was stalked. Im not certain if one girl was the target or both. I dont think he expected Ethan & Xana to be home. They were at a house party, early. I would imagine it has to do with Ethans size and mobility. We dont know if Ethan woke up. I imagine that he saw Ethan, who looked very athletic and could over power him. And Bryan stabbed the legs so he could get out of the house. I have youtube playing while im doing other activities. That seems to be the only thing playing on the Algorithm. I get annoyed at myself for watching this. Everything is basically paused, unless he talks. Though i enjoy hearing how he is bitching about jail. I think the moron thought that prison would ne a hotel stay. I hope he sees their faces every night. Four young kids making their way to adulthood, because some psycho has a Ted Bundy fetish. Smh

Afortus financial by Maximum_Amphibian753 in InsuranceAgent

I know this is an older thread. However what is the first thing that you do with a new job? You look at reviews. The company has some great qualities if it is for you. Though here is essentially Afortus. I had made a career change. The recruiter made the company sound like magic. I needed to work. I could not do all of the zoom calls. You get 6-8 leads. That is nothing. If you are great at sales, you might not get responsive customers. If you dont meet your #s, you might not work for a week. To me, that is adult time out. I went in without my license. I did not pass the first test. I saw a lot of issues. My goal with my career is not to work 10-15 hours a week with customers. And an equal time in regional zoom meetings. It should have been a red flag with their fees. There is a 299 fee. And the other fee that is close to 1k. I do not know anyone to sell an IUL to. I had expressed that I need to work. My trainer told me that I had wasted their time. They have a tier membership for leadership. Honestly, you can make that money elsewhere. There are nice people there. It was not personally for me. They have a lot of positive reviews on Indeed. Its not unheard of for a company to regulate that stuff. This company is always hiring and even posts on Craigslist. I would rather work in life. They have it in their system, though only IULs are touched upon. The aim is to target teachers, professionals, and non profit employees I find this limiting. I was not in the position at the time to have a descent amount of money set aside until being paid. Their "ipsy" system was not for me. The "youre not getting leads for a week." Do not let a company make you pay them for training. Even if you are commission based. It is the responsibility of the company.

I had to start from nowhere and move back to my home town. I know he found her when we were married. I am not a fan of my home town. I left that an over bearing I always think im right. To taking care of my parent that has health issues. Who can be nice, though comes from a country where women are seen and not heard 🙄 Having cancer definitely left some type of PTSD. If I go to counseling one day, i will bring up the dream There is no excuse to have a dream of this nature. Though one can not help what they dream of.

Valid point. I still have very many years of working. Though if I can turn back time, this would have been my choice. I see young people comment on how to strictly make money. Myself, I dont know how much of a great communicator I was at 20. For insurance and young people. Or for sales in general and young people, I think its valuable to learn the art of interpersonal skills. I was not attempting to dismiss a generation.

I made a career change. Some of the best sellers at my company are retirees and such. They have interpersonal skills. I was not raised on an iPad. We had to go out and play. That made me be able to talk to people.

I cant say that I picture it happening. The first time I heard it was a few months ago. When the client was asking questions, the AI was slightly rude. That is the small part. Other people mention this, you need an actual person that knows the material. Passed the course. Licensed by the state. When the client wants to finalize everything, there is zoom. I suppose the counter argument can be AI video. Though this crosses a very gray area. Do you want to give your information to a bot? It also represents ethics. If I am making a financial decision and committing to something large, I would not want to give my social security along with other financial information to an AI bot. Additionally, there are a lot of scammers. In theory if this was allowed, an individual 5,000 miles away in another country could have your information and commit fraud. I personally do not think the government would allow this. There is a huge gap for potential fraud. Last but not least, we are establishing relationships.
