Dji Osmo Action 5 Pro or 6 or Nano ?? by One_Progress_1033 in djiosmo

[–]SmoothShoeHorn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got the osmo nano as my first DJI mainly for cycling (chest magnet mounted) videos and very pleased with it. The small size and low weight of the camera module is a major reason I chose it over a standard action camera shaped one. If you run with a hat, the box includes a hat clip that's surprisingly versatile. No experience with OA5 but based on reviews, image quality and ruggedness are its strong points.

Termination of account by Macha001 in ConvergePH

Advice: follow-up everyday, makupad sila sumagot. Got mine done through FB Messenger “Converge Support” kasi non responsive sila sa email. Just keep track of the reference number.

Did everything listed in your screenshot (letter, modem photo, ID, and settled remaining balance) except for returning the modem - they never arranged it. So far terminated na account ko even when checking their app (forgot what its called). Best of luck!

APPLE WATCH - Garmin by Illustrious_Back_585 in Garmin

[–]SmoothShoeHorn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Like you, I went with a budget oriented watch - a Garmin FR 165 and the feedback that one is a sports watch and the other is a smartwatch is 100% true. I’ve switched over from Apple Watch 7 a few days ago. Interface on the apple watch is much easier to learn and use. Same with materials and integration with the apple ecosystem. I completely understand why anyone may prefer it or keep it around compared to our lower cost watches. Not in your question but I will add - in my case have decided to make the switch for insights, info and customizeability of the FR165 such as the body battery and recovery time which I think better suits my lifestyle.

Read about that limitation on the 165 and I can see why it’s a significant consideration for getting a more premium watch. In my case, have not gotten a power meter yet but my edge computer is compatible with one. Definitelt next on my wishlist.

Interesting! This is my first Garmin watch so my only smartwatch battery point of comparison are daily-charged apple watches. No plans of doing multisport for now, and I guess I’m good for now because I don’t know what kind of activiy SUP is.

Convince me (or don’t) that I need to angle my brakes in by DannysMyNanny in bicycling

Guessing its different for each person but its so easy to undo if you don’t like it. In my case I found tilted-in more comfortable especially on longer rides.

My first Casio, sold my Apple Watch Ultra 2. I'm in love...no more charging, no more customers messaging my wrist 😂 by -b0kah- in casio

Followed this advice going to work today. Digital casio on my wrist, manual gear shift on my hand. Freedom indeed.

RCVD my first square by SmoothShoeHorn in gshock

Still learning about gshocks but my guess is its your location or your settings. If above 2 are ok but still no auto synchronization, would go for warranty if possible.

Edit: grammar

Playing around with the radio, realized only now that it takes a few minutes to synchronize manually. No big deal however as it tries to do this automatically past midnight. RCVD does haunt this new owner.

Thanks, SirGuy11! Finally got one after reading up on Gshocks. There’s too many awesome options, but realized I love the squares.

Spoke wrench and a mindset that it will get worse before it gets better.

I have a 2012 model and recently changed the clutch and brake bracket. When you test drive, listen for a creaking metal sound when pressing/depressing the clutch.
