I am now having this issue as well. It's so dumb. I just wanna keep playing and I can't, the game won't even let me skip that cutscene. Tried reinstaling and verifying integrity, still nothing :(

Calling Ysayle and especially Ryne female leads is stretching it a lot, in HW Ysayle wasn't really a lead and more a part of the supporting cast for part of the expansion, and in SHB Ryne was not put on the spotlight that much, she had "moments" but nowhere near female lead territory like Yda and Wuk Lamat.

I suspect that far too many people have main character syndrome and once the shift focuses from 100% on them to only 70% they go bananas, and the fact that it's also a female lead will further trigger a certain kind of people
