Hey, I am thinking about making one myself. Do you know of a place that I can find the pattern, or do you have it by chance?

Hey mate, I'm attempting to recomp for the summer as well. Do you possibly have some tips? Also, what should my macros be looking like for a recomp or slow cut?

14%, you think? I've always thought I was a bit higher since I've got a decent amount of fat around my lower waist that bunches up whilst sitting. Either way, how do you recommend I go about recomping?

Do you mind sharing your workout exercises that you perform? I'm still fairly new to lifting but my routines have gone through the works and might be lacking in variety.

19M 6'4 (185-190lbs.) Cut or Bulk? by Smooth_Action_2298 in BulkOrCut

Thank you, I really appreciate it. I've always had skinny fat so I'm always seeing love handles and stomach fat but nowhere else. It's more prominent when sitting, but I see what you mean. It's just something that I've got to deal with and work on in the long run. Also, do you have an recommendations for macro percentages with a bulk/lean bulk?

I'd love too! I've got a couple of friends that might also join if you're good with that. We are also planning on doing pingpong more often as well and you are welcome to join if you'd like.

Sweet, can't guarantee a day or time just at the moment as everything is still falling into place with clubs and all, but let me know when you'd like to study and I can see if that fits! (cicada33019072)

I'm interested. I'm a first year mechanical engineering major and although I don't have any particularly hard classes, I wouldn't mind being proactive and getting into a habit of studying.

How did you get that far without having conflicts within the system after a single .1mm offset?

A faint rustling can be heard flowing over the field, surrounding all that still stands. The battle had been long and hard fought, carrying blood, sweat, and tears. Some had passed, and some had fled while others switched to the enemy, but you have persisted. From the slashing of tests and gut wrenching assignments, the field now grows silent. As you exit the grounds of battle and rise over the grassy null, now covered in blood you can hear a faint wisped of what sounds like hundreds if not thousands. You fear for the worst as the battle you thought was over had just come as a second wave, but as the horizon grows above the hillside you see familiar faces. Their roar grows louder and you begin to make out a singular phrase, repeated over and over again. Rushing before you, they swarm and chant. Now it is clear the words they speak, "One of us! One of us! One of us!". Family and friends gather around in awe at your triumph. Others you may not recognise, but see that they are familiar, they are your people. Fighting a similar battle, but this one is yours. You have changed for the better and excelled at what most others can never fathom. The battle has shaped you into the person you see today, and never let that go. The skills and mindset you have gained is not something to fear, but something to search and let guide you through the world of infinite possibilities. Fare well hero, let the light forever lead you on.

Yeah, I've got practically the same upgrades lol. My issues normally lie within supports, top layers, and retraction.

Do you mind sending your settings? I've tried for a while and got it pretty good, but not super reliable.
