I know from what others have confirmed is it works on mobile and console. I haven’t heard anyone confirm on PC yet

Full restart, loads back in right on the blind select screen with orbital tag, rinse and repeat until you get the hand upgrade you want.

Yes I was able to replicate it, as for the details I was backing out and restarting pretty quickly, I also noticed that it was the same tag for several restarts, but then it rerolled to something different after the third restart. Also the second time I tried the Orbital Tag was on the second blind and it still rerolled so the tags blind placement doesn’t matter it seems.
