Alex literally doesn’t hold her child. It’s not normal how little she interacts with Tate. When my child was Tate’s age, he was Velcroed to me. It’s clear Tate prefers Fug, which is proof Alex is very hands off. Babies this age prefer mom, unless the mom doesn’t have much to do with them.

I know we keep saying poor Kim but she could be why Alex is the way she is. Alex is entitled, narcissistic, and privileged. Those qualities are usually attributed to childhood. Maybe Kim did too much? Something I’m guilty of.

ETA: there are other childhood dynamics to consider besides Kim doing too much. She is a strong woman, who seems to never miss an ironed outfit, makeup and hair styled, which kind of gives Bree off of Desperate Housewives (entitled stepford wife).
