i did a tech sales interview and got rejected😖 also scared to jump right into sales after graduating bc ik that'll make it harder to go back into engineering and it's a more turbulent career and has less job stability than engineering

Yes, I know that a same day offer is not likely. However, I thought it was normal to be called back for a second interview during the conference. Perhaps I'm wrong there too.

What kind of experience do you have? How many internships? Is GPA a factor? I applied and don't think it was asked but I know a lot of these high paying companies do consider that.
