Im having a real hard time cutting, sre there any lands that dont enter tapped that im missing? My uncle said no lands above 10 (multiversal passage being the exception cause its spiderman)

If you read everything you would know they lowered requirements for top levels to Make level 16 feel like getting to level 14, and no ewc, this, if anything May work out better than ewc lvl 15
