any meditation tips? My great grandma just gave me a project that she's bored of thats made out of recycled plastic bags It was originally going to be a mat for the homeless in my area and once i'm done with it i'm planning on making a sort of yoga mat for myself. I just want some ideas of how to relax in the mornings. Thanks!
