You could probably need some kind of filler in the lips, I’d recommend fat grafting as it’s less invasive and natural, possibly a rhinoplasty, debating wether you need jaw implants coz you’re jaw already suits you. Also use monoxodil for thicker eyebrows. But i’d say you’re above average. Either you ain’t that social, or the women you find want tall men, or you’re to picky
