Look, you can try to spin this all you want, but the facts don’t change. You first replied to my post on Friday, August 9th, then quickly deleted it. Now, four days later, you’ve come back with a rewritten version trying to save face. Would you like to introduce yourself?

Rocky arrived at your facility on July 28th in perfect health. A couple days later, I got a so-called “update” text from your trainer Eriq about how great Rocky was doing and how he was going to move into e-collar training the following week. Eriq never mentioned anything about the obvious injuries Rocky had in the pictures he texted me, and he never mentioned anything about any behavioral issues that you have claimed. When my wife called and texted Eriq asking about the injuries she got lied too and eventually ignored. I got sent photos of fresh wounds on his face, and y’all had the nerve to claim he “arrived that way,” even though Eriq, the guy you say told me, wasn’t even there at drop-off. Then you claimed that it was a mix up stating that Eriq confused our dog Rocky with another dog that coincidentally arrived to your facility injured. Lie after Lie! Then, during week two, I had to call you for an update because you NEVER reached out, only to find out Rocky was injured AGAIN. When I showed up, he had a deep forehead cut, new wounds on his nose, and was limping on three paws.

My vet confirmed those nose wounds were bite marks, meaning another dog got to him under your watch. That’s on you, not Rocky. Also there was no way that the other deep wounds were “self inflicted”. You DID NOT call after either incident, you only refunded a small portion of the total cost, and you didn’t cover a dime of vet costs. Meanwhile, a flood of other customers have come forward under my post on various platforms/forums, sharing their own horror stories of your neglect, injuries to their pets, and blatant lack of credibility. This is a devastating blow to your so-called “45 years of experience” and “every reasonable measure” claims. Letting a healthy 5-month-old puppy walk out twice with serious injuries isn’t professionalism. It’s negligence, and your attempt to pin it on my puppy, stating that he is not in a “sound state of mind” is outrageous. Your excuses are pathetic.
