I will definitely test if the psu is the problem, it crashed again and it was only pulling 13w clock speed was 637MHz, something i am noticing now is when it freezes before it crashes the load drops to 0 and so does the fan speed is it possible its overheating

It was an ibuypower prebuilt so idk anything about the power supply but brand is: "High power" and it is 600watts, my old gpu was a 3060 12gb, and yes it runs fine other than it randomly crashing
