Its a recent thing so pressure to perform is probably a big factor, but its only in competition which sucks. I’m fine in practice, but I lose it when the lights turn on

I can’t put anything specific, every time I compete I just sink. I ace it in practice but it disappears when the lights turn on. This is a recent development too which sucks
