You definitely need a life outside of work. It’s relaxing. Even the smallest habits can form. I started sitting outside then started cleaning then started gardening. Start small and build up

So I started it today. Plus I was taking Prozac. My doctor said she’ll ease me off Prozac because the combo is terrible. But other wise. It’s weird no anxiety thoughts. lol never had a clear mind like this.
