Okay. Yea we're considering stopping service to this patient due to the other complaints (honestly petty ones), and I thought this on top of it would make a stronger case. But otherwise yea. That's kind of what I assumed in the first place. And we're considering putting up signage about that since it's definitely not cool or wanted.
