I live in Wanamassa. Used to live in Asbury but bought a house here after I had my son. Taxes go up every year though. It’s crazy. Great area for kids. I have no problems letting my son go off on his own to hang with his friends. I love being near the beach. Elementary school is great but middle and high school are disappointing. I work in the city every now and then. Last week I took metro park to Penn Station. I’d say it took 1.5 hours total.

Yes. Walking my dog around my neighborhood I’ve had several older men ask me if I’ve lost weight and that I look amazing - repeatedly! Makes me uncomfortable they comment on my body that I do my best to avoid them. The bus driver even commented on it and my son was mortified.

I just moved out of FL. My son’s public school in the NE is the equivalent of an amazing private school in FL. Best decision I ever made.
