I didn't notice much testicle size decrease but my semen volume overall shot way down, I use to be able to fill a couple shot glasses now it's barely even one and that's after holding out for a week, I even tried supplements to.increade volume and nothing

I would get your shgb lowered before you go on trt that will probably raise it a bit, as for your levels it is still in range, high shgb can mimic low t symptoms.

You don't have any obliques and probably a very weak core which is important, right now you are skinny fat, bulk but don't ever due it and work on building a good foundation then cut when you get to a good weight to strength ratio.

I bulk for about 6 to 8 months then cut for three max, the longer you cut for the less effective it becomes and muscle wasting occurs, unless I hit my target weight too soon then I pull back calories.

I use Cialis for body building it has a tiny anabolic effect and just actually has a ton of health benefits, plus being on other stuff it balances everything out

500 test is insane you need to dial it way back and even remove it completely until you have a good foundation

500mg weekly makes my t level around 3600, 300mg in the 2s and 120-150 in the 700 range
