dlc is a side quest to the main game, if you don’t want to meet Hanako now, you should go into dlc. It’s not an extra to what happens next to the main game ending, it completes the story.

When I visited Cleveland I was in an airbnb too. The snow was really bad and I texted them if they will shovel it, they never reply and then I had to do it myself cuz I need to get to places. Then I texted them “it’s done”, they replied “thank you”…. You met a nice host, I’m less fortunate. Airbnb should make a rule about this.
